The Business School For People Who Like Helping People -Book Review

In his book “The Business School For People Who Want To Help Others” Robert Kiyosake gives his expert opinion on a popular method of business ownership- that is, network marketing, as a viable option for supplementing, or replacing your income.

Since the recession began there has been a wave of support for network marketing and passive income opportunities by a number of well known entrepreneurs, such as Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki and others.

Kiyosake writes his story about his first encounter with a network marketing company and tells us how his opinion changed over the years. He explains the unique value of network marketing companies, reports interviews he had with business owners, and talks about the skills and values you need to be successful.

The book has been broken into the 11 values that can be gained by starting your own network marketing business. Kiyosaki clarifies that he considers this type of business is for people who like helping people. He says that if you do not want to help others, chose another method to become rich.

He explains the Cashflow Quadrant, and where you will fit in as a business owner. He shows what you need to know as a business owner, and also tells you what you will learn as you build your business.

I found this book very informative. I understand better, what I should expect as a business owner. I also learned about the different perspective I needed. This was useful for me in understanding the logic of using a compensation method, and in explaining the difference to employees who are considering starting a business.
